Number two: Get up at the same time every day, even your day off with almost NO exceptions. There have been numerous studies done on sleep and it’s more about when you wake up verse when you go to bed.
Number three: Get up and move around. It isn’t necessary to work out every day. See my previous article, Tips for Staying with Exercise.
Number four: Switch from Goal(s) to Outcome based. It’s wonderful to have goals and I highly recommend it. The issue with goals has more to do with a fuzziness than anything else. A goal like, I want to make X amount of dollars is fine but how do you define HOW you’re going to achieve the goal. Outcome instead of a goal will help you clearly define what it is you want to achieve.
